Colon wants to increase crime-fighting powers

It’s one of the most obscure offices in city government, but the race for Milwaukee city attorney has just gotten a little more interesting. South Side state Rep. Pedro Colon, a Democrat, is challenging longtime City Attorney Grant Langley for the nonpartisan position, which will be on the April ballot.
