The former North Shore Bistro has been slimmed down and the menu is on a diet. The towering lobster salad has vanished, which is a shame, but thankfully the tuna tataki remains. While the new menu focuses on upscale burgers, other dishes, such as the wild mushroom ravioli, are superb. (Jeff Beutner)
