Chef and restauranteur Frank Sanchez is hoping to move into the former Mr. Webo's space on S. Howell in Bayview, which closed abruptly in September. New Vietnamese Restaurant on North Avenue

Hue, a popular Vietnamese restaurant in Bay View, will open a second location in Wauwatosa at 6519 W. North Ave. the week of Sept. 29.
