This week Cher will release her first album in 12 years, the dance-minded Closer To The Truth, which includes the Paul Oakenfold-produced single "Woman's World." This morning the BMO Harris Bradley Center announced that the singer's "Dressed To Kill" tour in support of that album will take her back to Milwaukee for her first performance here in more than a half decade.

Here's MKE Unplugged's 2013 lineup

Later this fall, Milwaukee music ambassador Paul Cebar will mark the release of his latest album with his band Tomorrow Sound, Fine Rude Thing, at a release show at the Turner Hall Ballroom. Ahead of that Nov. 7 performance, though, you can catch the band for free, when they kick off UWM's returning MKE Unplugged series on Thursday, Sept. 19.
