agenda. He quickly “dropped the bomb” on the state with his public employee
union-busting Act 10. He also said he’d make good on his promise to create
Mayor Tom Barrett delivered his State of the City address at Journey House this morning, where he announced a new manufacturing building at the former Tower Automotive location and outlined initiatives to aid small business owners and assist neighborhoods, among other things.
