At Crawdaddy’s Restaurant in West Allis, owner and chef Jonathan Klug works miracles with the little crustaceans, whether they make an appearance in the bodacious jambalaya, the stuffed mirliton or the Louisiana-style bouillabaisse. The crawdads aren’t alone at this self-described Cajun fusion restaurant; they party with a whole family of their seafaring relatives.
