When Katie Gingrass moved her gallery from downtown to its current location in the Third Ward more than 20 years ago she was among the first to do so. Since then, many have followed her lead, helping to transform the former warehouse district into a vibrant cultural, artistic and entertainment hub. Located in a prime spot on the corner of Buffalo and Broadway, the narrow but well appointed gallery threads its way between two other high end establishments: Shoo and Third Ward Jewelry, both of whom complement the selection of artwork exhibited in the gallery. This is mainly comprised of contemporary still lifes, figures, landscapes and cityscapes with the exception of the occasional abstract pieces. Interspersed among the oil paintings, pastel drawings, photographs, lithographs and watercolors are decorative vases and wall hangings finely crafted from laquered woods, fabric, glass and enamel.

Open Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday Noon – 4 p.m.
