Just as a wave of snow and artic air blankets the state, the Association of Volleyball Professionals brings its Hot Winter Nights Tour to Milwaukee tonight at 7 p.m. in the Bradley Center. The association has trucked in not only some of the country's best volleyball players (including Milwaukee native Carrie Dodd) but also over 200 tons of sand for them to compete on.
