New book gives healthy tips

In their book Gluten-Free Made Easy, Christi Silbaugh and Michele Vilseck make a good point about the benefits of avoiding gluten: Even if you don’t suffer from a gluten allergy, avoiding the stuff means greater awareness of what you eat—and maybe even staying clear of processed foods. Most of the book is devoted to recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even bread, plus tips for finding the best ingredients.
