KOREAN
Metro Milwaukee Dining Guide
Seoul Korean Restaurant
2178 N. Prospect Ave.
The steamed dumplings and the scallion with seafood pancake are fine starters. All of the basics are here such as beef bulgoki, kalbi and spicy grilled pork. Hwe dop bab is an interesting salad of lettuce and raw fish flavored with sesame oil and hot pepper sauce. The house specialties are stews large enough to serve a few diners. They are heated with a butane burner at the table. The popular lunch buffet offers a quick introduction to Korean food. (J.B.) $. CC: All major. Handicap access. 289-8208
